after completing your intake, you will be guided into a kitchari cleanse with recipes + lifestyle practices that support your self-care during this time
you begin with a customized classic kitchari recipe that supports ease and strengthens digestion
part two: creative kitchari
you will be guided through integrating more varieties of food back into your diet with creative combinations of grains + pulses that serve your palate & life conditions
learn how different cooking methods, tastes and seasonal produce can influence your satisfaction, digestion and feeling state. we will develop recipes together to cultivate your intuitive cooking skills and take lessons of Ayurvedic nutrition into your life beyond the program

session 1 INITIAL: assessment of your story and what is happening in your life from an Ayurvedic perspective. we discuss your health history + your relationship with food
session 2 JOURNEY PLAN: you receive a comprehensive journey plan and integrative support that addresses root causes with culinary and lifestyle medicine
session 3 SUPPORT: we build on your health journey by implementing new practices & exploring what best serves you
ongoing sessions: wellness counseling to address your current health experience, integrate new Ayurvedic healing practices & collaborate on recipe or ritual development
